Michelle at QHS managed to combine the rare talent of being

both highly professional and genuinely kind and caring.

I cannot speak highly enough about the high quality

of professionalism involved in the care of my Mum in Law

and I would recommend Michelle unreservedly.

QUALITY HOME SUPPORT have given excellent support from the

very start to my Mum in Law living in an assisted living

establishment to the very end in a care home.

I live a long way across the water from my Mum in Law so

it was a very big help knowing that someone was taking

care of her daily needs. Michelle did a bit of everything from

washing/ironing, cleaning/changing the rooms around

(which she did often) taking her out shopping and much more.

Michelle also understood about the unexpected happening

that meant changing hours and getting called out at odd hours

over and above her allotted time. My Mum in Law was a very

strong willed independent woman who knew her own mind

and was very particular about how things should be done,

she had a few carers before Michelle

(she is the only one who we trusted implicitly)

my Mum in Law could not have been happier in her company.

Michelle is a very nice, friendly and caring person.

She looked after my mum during the last few years

of her life and nothing was too much trouble for her.

During that time Michelle and my mum became

good friends and during the last weeks of my mum’s life

when she was transferred to a care home,

Michelle visited her every day, which was above above

and beyond the call of duty.

She has a very good heart and I couldn’t have wished for

anyone better to care for my mum.

I should like to take this opportunity to confirm having had

first hand experience of witnessing
the work ethic of Michelle Ward at QUALITY HOME SUPPORT

that she is second to none.

I was present on many occasions as she went about her job

looking after my sister's elderly mother-in-law and

always found her to be impeccable in manners whilst carrying out her

many duties for Pat who was not easily pleased but who trusted her

implicitly and was very happy to have her care for her throughout

her latter years in life and also throughout her subsequent dying days.

Michelle was always very well presented, immaculate, professional,

friendly, caring and kind and more than once went way beyond the

call of duty, continuing to visit Pat whilst in a care home after a fall.
This was a tremendous relief for my sister who lived in the Isle of Man

and therefore was therefore unable to look after Pat

on a daily basis herself.

To summarise I would just like to say that I would have absolutely

no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Michelle to anybody

and can only hope that should the day ever come when I require such

services that I should find myself someone like her to take care of me.
